For over five decades, Ullr Fest has celebrated all things winter. The three-day festival in December embraces Norse mythology and is known as one of the most energetic festivals of the year. The event got its start thanks to local legends of Norwegian heritage. The original festival included a ski parade, aerial tricks, and competitions. 

Today, the festival has grown and features numerous high-energy activities up and down Main Street.
