Reservations
A two-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking on a major credit card, to confirm a reservation. Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Full deposit less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, all monies will be forfeited, unless the revenue is rebooked, less a $100 cancellation fee.

Security Deposit
We require a credit card number on file prior to or at the time of check-in. Guests will be responsible for any unit damage, any extra housekeeping, or loss of keys. Alpine Meadows is authorized to charge all property damages, at that time an itemized statement will be sent itemizing these additional charges.

Payment
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Travelers Checks and Personal Checks. With all Cash, Travelers Checks, and Personal Checks we require a Credit Card as a backup form of payment.

Check-In/Check-Out Services
The Alpine Meadows Management Office is located at 416 South Ridge Street in Breckenridge. The office is one block east of Main Street, on the south end of Ridge Street.

Office Hours:
8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday
8:30am to 6:00pm Friday and Saturday
Closed Sundays

Pet Policy
All of our properties pets are prohibited.

Smoking Policy
All of our properties smoking is prohibited.

Disclaimer
Alpine Meadows reserves the right to change a reservation without notice at any time, due to emergencies that were unexpected or the sale of the property. Alpine Meadows will make every effort possible to provide accommodations that are equal to or an upgrade at no charge to the guest. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, for any reason.

Alpine Meadows can in no way guarantee that hot tubs are 100% in working order at all times. Due to extreme temperatures, damage, and or misuse, hot tubs can become inoperable at any time. Alpine Meadows does not refund monies due to inoperable equipment.

Alpine Meadows will not be held responsible for damage, injury or loss of properties related to weather, travel agents, vehicle difficulty, or any negligence that is beyond the control of Alpine Meadows Management Company.
